Microsoft has updated its Xbox One advert in the UK to include details of a viral Titanfall promotion.Reddit users noted that the original advert featuring Steven Gerrard, Spock and a centurion had been updated to include flashes of binary code. Once decrypted, these lead to gl16790101.com, which contains a set of rules for the "Xbox One advertisement Glitch Contest". While Titanfall isn't mentioned by name, moving through the registration process leads you to a page mentioning ArchiveHammond.com. Hammond Robotics is the made-up company that makes Titanfall mechs. There's also a Pinterest board containing pictures of blossom, a clear reference to the game's Angel City map. Prizes are revealed to include Xbox One consoles, signed artwork, games and also in-game content. We've reached out to Microsoft to see if it'll clarify whether these rewards will be for use in Titanfall specifically or a variety of Xbox One games, and will update this story should we hear back. In case you missed it this morning, we heard Titanfall won't have microtransactions, but a season pass remains a possibility. Source : IGN Attachments:
